Time Allowed: 90 minutes
Examination Format:

1. There are only two (2) questions in this examination. They are essay questions.
   Attempt each question.
2. Write all your answers in the answer booklets, each question in a separate
   answer booklet.
3. Write the following particulars on the cover page of your answer booklet(s):
   a. Your examination index number,
   b. The relevant question number, and
   c. The date of examination.
4. Remember to submit your answer booklet (including any supplementary answer
   sheets) before you leave the examination hall.
5. Marks will be awarded for clarity of thought, logical presentation of arguments
   and proper use of language and legal authorities.
