The Office of the Attorney-General and Ministry of Justice is determined to function efficiently and effectively with the use of ICT systems that are capable of storing information, sharing resources and communicating internally and externally.
To this end,a two day Integrated Information Management Systems(IIMS) End- to-End training workshop has been organised for Super Users and End Users.
The workshop which will last from 26th to 27th July,2021 at Ada will seek to ensure a hands- on simulation of the IIMS Project;a project which seeks to address some identified challenges encountered by the Office such as limitations to the manual filling system,occasional loss of files and data,poor records keeping amongst others.
The IIMS will thus provide opportunity for the Office of the Attorney-General and Ministry of Justice to improve its service delivery through automation and modernisation of current work processes.
Dignitaries present at the programme were the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice Hon.Godfred Yeboah Dame,Deputy Attorneys- General Hon.Alfred Tuah Yeboah and Hon. Diana Asonaba Dapaah,the Solicitor General Mrs Helen Awo Akpene Ziwu and Chief Director Suleiman.
Also present were regional heads of the Office of the Attorney-General and Ministry of Justice as well as Attorneys and some Administrative and registry staff.
